Mobilize
Most strategies fail after the planning ends. The analysis was sound, the plan was clear, and then the initiative met the legislature, the stakeholders, or the organization’s own inertia. The third phase of our work is carrying strategy through contact with reality, to the result.
Government relations
Every organization is governed by decisions it doesn’t make: city hall, the state capitol, federal agencies. We help clients navigate those processes — monitoring what is moving, engaging the people who decide, and educating them before the vote, not after. We have moved legislation through reluctant chambers and helped clients be heard in rooms they could not enter alone.
Coalitions and stakeholder engagement
The stakeholder map built in the Measure phase becomes a working coalition here. We help clients turn identified support into organized support: allies aligned, resistance addressed, and the right voices making the case at the right moments. Energy is not strategy until it is directed.
Public affairs counsel
Rarely is it the negative story that sinks anyone. Usually it is how the response is handled. We prepare clients for the inevitable, counsel them in the moment, and help them set the agenda rather than answer someone else’s. The best public position is built before it is needed.
Execution support
The endpoint of our work is not a recommendation. We stay engaged through implementation: keeping the initiative on schedule, the people aligned and the technology working for the team rather than the other way around, so leadership can slow down where it matters. Done is the deliverable.
This is where the method ends: at the result.
